We are in charge of managing your construction site and are responsible for the proper execution of the construction work.

In cooperation with the architect, we create the preliminary and construction project plans as well as the building application.

Construction contracts:

We draw up the contracts of work between the client and the contractor, according to the works ordered and deliver it to the responsible parties.

Awarding:

We control and optimize the offers of the contractors and organize the contract award meetings after consultation with the client.

Cost scheduling:

We plan the costs and deadlines and keep them under control. We prepare cost estimates, cost proposals and schedules and always inform the clients about the status.

Tendering:

After consultation with the client, we prepare the tender program and forward the tender documents to the contractors.

Construction consulting:

We support the builders in the execution of their projects, we bring forward proposals and changes and together we set the project goals.

Warranty work / completion:

We perform the construction acceptance and ensure that all defects are corrected and hand over the building to the builder free of defects. We carry out the warranty work.
