AOUABED & FIGUCCIO architectes (Carouge GE)

A&F architectes sàrl (formerly Fil Rouge Architecture) is a Geneva-based architecture and urban planning practice founded by architects Mehdi Aouabed and Alberto Figuccio, both graduates of the Academy of Architecture in Mendrisio, Ticino, and members of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA).

The firm has been in business since 2010. Our services are aimed at both public and private clients in Switzerland and France. We regularly take part in open or selected competitions, which we see as opportunities to develop our built environment through fine experimentation.

We seek formal synthesis, to materialize a new program and magnify its territorial, urban, cultural or natural context. We do this with contemporary, timeless architecture. We place the ecological transition at the heart of our architectural and urban design, as our imperative responsibility.

Each project is a new search for meaning, where economy of means will produce maximum presence. In this way, we express ourselves, modestly, in the noble art of building.
