Create a perfect basis: We create the price/service specifications for you on the basis of project plans and construction descriptions according to the NPK standard item catalog - digitally using the construction administration program. This enables an easy exchange of data via the SIA 451 interface and allows further processing without additional effort.

According to your requirements: We compare the offers according to your requirements and specifications and/or according to the requirements of the client in preparation for an award application. Any bidding rounds are carried out according to the client. The work contracts are drawn up after the definitive awarding of the contracts and according to the construction cost plan BKP.

Security over the full distance: We support you in ensuring the financial monitoring of the construction project. From the cost estimate up to and including the construction settlement. The processing of the incoming contractor invoices and the payment is done object-accompanying and according to the state of construction. The local construction management takes care of the schedule management according to the desired move-in date, the coordination of the contractors as well as the quality control on site.
