ae2p architekten gmbh is a team of qualified architects who have the skills to accompany a client as project manager, designer, planner, draftsman and construction manager.

For the client we take responsibility from the idea to the completion and guarantee with personal commitment a continuous project management. Internally, we live a strong office community, so that each project experiences the full wealth of experience.

Design and Planning

We are happy to take on any task - from small to large; because every task demands its situational and typological, as well as needs-oriented solution.

When designing, we model the future. Based on our broad experience, a project is analyzed, played through with the help of various solution variants and thus the individually optimized, modern and sustainable solution is found for the client.

Our experience is based on a density of completed works: from small-scale construction to single-family and multi-family homes to residential developments with design plans to new designs, conversions and extensions of commercial buildings.

Within the narrow limits of the city center we renovate and extend technically demanding buildings. In the outskirts, we realize larger developments with district planning obligations and tasks with requirements for handicapped and age-appropriate construction.

For private clients, we plan everything from bathroom conversions and attic conversions to complete new buildings.

Digital and Building

Since 2006 we have been designing and planning in 3D. We are convinced that our clientele can better read and check the project on the basis of digital architectural models. Many years of experience confirms that working in the model is a good project communication for clients, saves time and avoids mistakes.

Therefore, we are equipped for current topics such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) and can ensure the control of plans, deadlines, costs, quality and, last but not least, communication using the most modern means.
