In 1990 BAU-TOP was founded as a sole proprietorship in Kloten by Jürg Egger. He made his expertise and experience available to clients as a certified architect FH/STV, certified master builder, and certified real estate appraiser. As a longtime managing director of a broadly diversified construction company and of 2 renowned general contractors in the Zurich region, he provided, partly with partners, in the first years mainly services in construction consulting, owner representation and project management with cost monitoring. In addition, orders for promotion on undeveloped land and the project planning, planning and realization of conversions and residential buildings are carried out.
