Baupunktbern was founded by the professional reorientation of Bernhard Pfister in 2004. Since 2007 Ruth Hänni Soussi is on board with a lot of heart and soul, great energy and convincing creativity.

This lean company structure offers maximum flexibility. According to the construction task, we put together the best planning and realization team for each project. In this way, each construction task receives the necessary expertise, the required competence and the most economically sensible structure. Together with the respective teams, we realize all construction tasks such as conversions and new buildings, extensions, refurbishments etc.

Sense and purpose Smaller construction projects are often not very interesting for large general contractors.
And architectural firms traditionally do not guarantee construction costs. Therefore, it is difficult for private investors to find a suitable partner for the realization of their construction project who reliably assures them of the construction costs in advance.
