Building owner consulting Increasingly complicated building permit procedures and stricter environmental regulations, as well as the desire for energy-optimized buildings, present building owners with challenges that they, as laypersons, can often hardly keep track of. Through their consulting services, BKG architects enable building owners to make competent and sustainable decisions during the development, construction and use of their property. In addition to advising their own clients, the BKG architects also contribute their know-how to construction projects that are not realized through their own architectural office.

We accompany the client from the preparation of the property analysis to its implementation.

Maintenance work Maintenance work on properties is an important aspect of the work of BKG architects. In order to achieve an optimal conservation of value of the properties, BKG architects plan the work in coordination with the clients in such a way that, in addition to the factor of conservation of value, the aspects of energy efficiency, sustainability and environmental compatibility are also taken into account. At the client's request, we also take care of the execution and monitoring of maintenance work after completion of the work.
