Around the turn of the century (1898) Alfredo Bovisi came to Switzerland from Italy. In 1913 he founded his construction company in Mittelhäusern BE. In 1944, his son Alfred joined the business. The company Bovisi & Sohn was born. On January 1, 1955, Alfredo Bovisi transferred his share in the company to Battista Bovisi. The company name was now Bovisi Brothers. In 1968 Alfredo Bovisi passed away. Battista Bovisi continued to run the construction company on his own. In 1985 Battista Bovisi founded a joint stock company with his elder son Alfred. The construction company BOVISI AG was born. Battista Bovisi, Junior took a share in the joint stock company of his father and brother in 1993. In the summer of 2012, Battista Bovisi, Junior left the company. In his place Alfred Bovisi's nephew Roman Riesen joined the company. We have been an experienced, quality-conscious and goal-oriented construction company for many generations.
