three construction companies from the Freiamt region under one virtual umbrella

and from the Seetal: Bucher+Joho AG, Boswil and Waltenschwil, KIENER

Bau AG, Hochdorf, and NUFER Bau AG, Sins.

The "Ihr Baumeister" Group was formed as a result of an innovative succession plan.

Both KIENER Bau AG (2007) and NUFER Bau

AG (2010) were taken over by me in order to continue the companies and

secure jobs.

The idea for founding this group of companies was as follows: I wanted to

take advantage of the synergies in the area of inventory utilization, further training

of the employees across companies and to cover the territories of the

optimize.

The locations of the three companies are each about 20 minutes' drive from one another

from each other. Each of the ventures is and remains an independent

builder and organizes the course of business on site independently.

Across companies we make special purchases, organize the

purchasing. With the approximately 200 employees, we can in a short time relatively

extensive work in a short time. The "Ihr Baumeister" Group thus covers

covers the entire spectrum of work: from excavation to civil and underground

and structural engineering, concrete drilling and milling, plastering work with

facade insulation, as well as environmental work.
