From the many years of experience of Giorgio Favaccio and his staff in the maintenance of condominiums and commercial buildings, the company CCI Sagl was born.

The interest developed in the fire and safety regulations of buildings and, in particular, in the regulations governing partitioning fire doors, led the company to expand its business and develop its staff.

CCI Sagl today takes care of all complementary work related to the supply and installation of doors for the real estate market: we are able to offer a turnkey package that also includes the replacement of old doors and their retrofitting in compliance with VKF regulations. We also provide all types of technical security locks: for EI 30 armored doors of first entry, for technical, electrical and thermal rooms, and to complete different types of internal apartment doors. Our company is also involved in the supply andinstallation of aluminum mailboxes that are 100% compliant and under patent protection.
