We assure you a timely coordination and supervision of all trades involved in the construction in the desired quality.

We pay special attention to the following services: - adherence to the budget - cleanly managed construction accounting incl. management - binding time schedule - compliance with safety regulations and SIA standards - regular reporting to the client - detailed record keeping - planning and monitoring of warranty work

Cost estimation and planning according to BKP. A serious cost planning is the most important decision basis for the building owner. We will gladly provide you with a cost estimate according to BKP.

Builder's representative and consulting As the client's representative / consultant, we represent the interests of the client and ensure that the desired quality is implemented within the cost and schedule. Depending on the client's wishes, we supervise the planning, execution and take over the cost controlling.

Ideally, we are involved from the beginning of the project, so that we can contribute our experience at an early stage.
