3. our all-inclusive price

The all-inclusive price according to the price list basically includes the entire building costs.
These include the building according to the general building description below, including basement and site installation (excl. ancillary building costs). Our all-inclusive price includes many extras that are available elsewhere only at massive surcharges or not at all.
