KERFIS AG (Cham)

KERFIS is a Swiss real estate all-rounder consisting of the two companies KERFIS AG and KERFIS Services AG. KERFIS stands for Kern and Fischer, the names of the two founders and partners of the real estate specialist and service provider.

The company KERFIS AG was founded in Cham in December 2011. The company develops and realizes its own real estate projects throughout German-speaking Switzerland. The focus is on residential buildings, especially multi-family houses. KERFIS AG also acts as an investor and rents out numerous apartments. KERFIS AG is managed by Ronald Fischer. Urs Kern is his deputy.

With the newly founded KERFIS Services AG, the company has further expanded its business model and range of services in 2019. The service area of KERFIS offers customized support in the area of client representation. Thus, the company supports and accompanies its clients from the idea of a construction project to the move into the finished property. Furthermore, strategic and operative management consulting with a focus on the construction and construction supply or real estate industry is part of the company's core competence. A 360° sparring and coaching approach is applied. The company KERFIS Services AG is managed by Urs Kern. Ronald Fischer is his deputy. As an experienced manager and leader, Urs Kern also offers himself as a candidate for board of directors mandates. He takes over the management of mandates personally.
