MAD Bau AG was founded on June 1, 2015 by Mr. Marijo Djondras: He has completely taken over the area of civil engineering including the started work as well as 10 employees of the AG Mario Vanoli Erben, because the AG Mario Vanoli Erben stopped its construction activities in the middle of March 2015. MAD is crazy

You read correctly! MAD is English and translates to "crazy." It is not necessarily the company that is crazy, but for the business owner of MAD Bau AG, Marijo Djondras, the establishment of the joint stock company in the spring of 2015 was all "crazy":

Since 2012, Marijo Djondras had been working for AG Mario Vanoli Erben as a construction manager and from 2014 as deputy managing director. When AG Mario Vanoli Erben stopped its construction activities in March 2015, Marijo Djondras suddenly had the vision to start his own construction company and decided to take over the services of AG Mario Vanoli Erben including employees, customers and current orders. Since everything came about so spontaneously, unexpectedly but somehow quite logically, the young entrepreneur wanted to incorporate exactly this crazy phase in his life into the company name: Thus, the name is composed of the first name Marjio, "Ma" as well as the first letter of Djondra's last name, "D".
