What started in 1990 as a two-man business has developed into a medium-sized construction company. Today we employ 25 people, including 3 road construction apprentices.

1990Foundation of the road and civil engineering company PANAIIA & CRAUSAZ based in Grenchen by Cosimo Panaiia and Gilbert Crausaz

1999

Transformation of the general partnership into the public limited company PANAIIA & CRAUSAZ AG

Purchase of the property at Riedernstrasse 110 in Grenchen and construction of an own workshop

2000Move into the new works yard at Riedernstrasse

2001

Start of training of road construction apprentices EFZ and EBA

Commissioning of the construction material recycling plant

2004Introduction of the burst lining technique for the trenchless replacement of utility lines

2009Introduction of HDD technology for trenchless pipeline construction

2012An order of a special kind: Aare undercrossing of a gas pipeline using the HDD method

2013Takeover of PANAIIA & CRAUSAZ AG by the Grenchen-based energy company SWG
