CAFM, condition recording and maintenance analyses of the properties; tenders, coordination, controlling and management of the craftsmen; consistent management of the technical facilities.

We take over the maintenance and care of your property for you. Based on the generally accepted method for recording the condition of properties, the IP BAU rough diagnosis, the aging of individual facilities and components as well as consolidated over entire real estate portfolios can be simulated by means of software implemented by us and the effects of this aging can be described both quantitatively - as a potential need for maintenance in francs - and qualitatively in the form of a detailed condition analysis.
